Children & Youth Ministry Assistant and Worship Care Coordinator

Blair serves as the Children and Youth Ministry Assistant and Worship Care Coordinator at Park Hill Baptist Church, where she organizes, supports, and helps shape the next generation for Christ. Before joining the team, she spent 10 years as a Neonatal ICU nurse, showing Christ’s love through care and compassion. 

With a heart for service and strong organizational skills, Blair builds volunteer teams and supports families each week through Worship Care and ministry to kids and students. She is passionate about weaving Gospel truth into everyday moments of children’s lives, believing small, intentional conversations can spark lifelong faith. 

Married to Eric for 15 years, Blair is mom to Mason and McKinley. Though terrified of birds, she jokes that one day she will inherit a 35-year-old macaw.
